In 2002, Don Albright founded Team Manufacturing in Youngsville, North Carolina, and soon made it a family affair when his brother, Dean, took over operations. This allowed the pair to share not only their passion for operating a business, but also provide local companies and entrepreneurs with access to high-quality electronics manufacturing.
Though deeply rooted in the wire and cable harness sector, Team’s capabilities grew throughout the years to include box builds, PCB assembly, new product introduction, and prototyping PCBAs. Because the Albright brothers were insistent on growing their business with integrity and a focus on developing a customer-centric belief system, they quickly earned a reputation for always going above-and-beyond.
In the fall of 2018 Team became part of the East West family. The new joint capabilities, domestic higher mix, lower volume operations, and a robust global supply chain, are proving to be a great partnership for the customers we serve.
