Senior Product Development Engineer (Mechanical)
The Senior Product Development Engineer is responsible for engineering and product design, including Design For Manufacturing (DFM) and cost, of plastic, metal, rubber and electronic assembly components. This Engineer will champion projects from Request for Quote (RFQ) through New Product Introduction (NPI) and provide sustaining support for Production Released (PR) products.
This position will be based in Atlanta and report to the Vice President of Engineering. If you are looking for a dynamic role working on a variety of interesting projects with a flexible work schedule, this position could be for you!
Product Development Engineer
We're seeking a Product Development Engineer who will assist in the engineering and product design, including design for manufacturability and cost, of air and water moving products, plastic, metal, rubber and electronic assembly components. Other responsibilities will include supporting projects from new product introduction through the product life cycle and providing technical support in various manufacturing disciplines (including plastic injection molding and metalworking), assisting efforts for on-time prototypes and production launch of new or modified products, and communicating with customers for resolution of technical issues.
Product Development Engineer II
The Product Development Engineer II will assist in the engineering and product design, including design for manufacturabilty and cost of air and water moving products, including plastic, metal, rubber and electronic assembly components (ex motors, PCBA, etc). This position will support project from new product introduction through the product life cycle and provide technical support in various manufacturing disciplines (including plastic injection molding and metal working). Production Team Leader
This position is responsible for the quality and productivity of all production employees staffed on designated lines, as well as departmental safety. Additionally, the Team Leader position is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality procedures and for participation in performance management processes.
Production Assembler 1
The Production Assembler's job responsibilities will include assembling products or different parts of products, reading and understanding basic drawings, following directions for color codes, plugging connectors, tinning wires, apply heat shrink and cutting and stripping wire among other duties.
Machine Operator Level 1
The Production Assembler's job responsibilities will include working with Wire & Cable department Line Leaders, implementing improvements to reduce costs, working with design and mechanical engineers, and technical services supervisors, performing equipment duties in production according to standard operating procedures among other tasks.
Open entry-level positions for Production Assembler who has the aptitude to work in the Electronic Manufacturing Services Industry. The candidate will train for wire harness and cable assembly and mechanical assembly using benchtop arbor presses. Experience using multiple hand tools, such as wire splicers, crimpers, strippers is helpful. Ability to learn basic wiring diagrams and drawings. Semi-automatic machine crimping and Solder experience are required. Work requires some physical strain such as long periods of standing.

Wire Harness Manufacturing Assembler
Open position for skilled Production Assembler for production of wire leads, wire harnesses, and cable assemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience with 1) crimping terminals to wires using hand tools and semi-automatic crimping machines, 2) plugging connectors, 3) installing tie wraps, shrink tubing and labels, 4) performing visual inspections and continuity tests on completed assemblies and 5) soldering.

Wire Harness Manufacturing - Engineering Technician
Open position for Engineering Technician for production of wire leads, wire harnesses, and cable assemblies. The candidate will report to an Engineer and be responsible for making first piece samples and high-mix, low-volume production with minimal assistance. The candidate will have extensive experience with 1) crimping terminals to wires using hand tools and semi-automatic crimping machines, 2) plugging connectors, 3) installing tie wraps, shrink tubing and labels, 4) performing visual inspections and continuity tests on completed assemblies and 5) soldering. Candidate must be able to make harnesses from customer drawings and bills of material with no instructions. The candidate will also work directly with customers and must have interpersonal skills to fill this role.
