Marketing and Technical Partner of EW Motor Projects, CBM

Mr. Wang Jian is the founder of CBM, East West’s dedicated motor factory in China.  He has twenty years’ experience manufacturing fractional horsepower electric motors.  Wang’s first job after college was working for an international exporting company in China.  Today he oversees the development of each CBM motor project including: evaluation, R & D, manufacturing processes, and technical support.

Wang is an infectious leader and passionate businessman – provided he has access to his Chinese Tea!  He is most passionate about partnering with his customers and making them successful.  An admitted perfectionist, Wang is always learning best practices to improve his factory and his team.  Building his business from the basement up, Wang is most happy when his customer and his factory, CBM, achieve success.

When not working, Wang can be found doing one of his three favorite activities: swimming, playing soccer, or traveling the globe.  Wang has traveled extensively throughout Europe, US, Canada, Middle East, and Egypt.  He is married and still lives in his hometown of Changzhou, China.  His son is pursing university studies in Canada.  Wang is, frankly speaking, one the best business development, customer focused, technically savvy, motor manufacturers you will ever meet!
