Dean is the General Manager for East West Raleigh; responsible for sales, operations, P&L, and companywide KPIs. Prior to the acquisition by East West, he was VP of Operations for Team Manufacturing and managed the company through its annual growth of 20% -30%. Dean has worked at Flextronics International where he served as a Senior Program Manager responsible for strategic company accounts including global technology companies Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), and Raychem.

A southern California native, Dean moved to North Carolina after his family sold and relocated a manufacturing business. Dean received his BS degree in Premed/Zoology from NC State University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, tennis, watching movies and spending time with his wife and 4 kids.
