Agnes YoungAgnes Young leads the East West Boston facility (formerly Adcotron EMS, Inc.) as its General Manager. Agnes brings a strong desire to focus on customer satisfaction and employee value while utilizing her 28 years of experience in business and accounting. As the former President and CEO of Adcotron, Agnes focused on building the advanced electronics manufacturing services company to cater primarily to the medical, defense, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Before Adcotron, she served as Controller and Treasurer for Advanced Electronics, Inc, one of the largest electronics contract manufacturers in the Boston area.
Agnes studied in Hong Kong, obtaining her bachelor’s degree in business and accounting, then became a first-generation Chinese-American immigrant when she moved to Boston in 1978.
