East West Manufacturing has grown at record pace over the past few years adding new team members, customers and locations into the family. Open communication is very important to co-founders Scott Ellyson and Jeff Sweeney, not only for our customers but for our team members as well. We meet quarterly to review the progress on annual goals. East West has always fostered an open-door policy allowing us to pivot quickly without being burdened with bureaucracy.

East West encourages and promotes team camaraderie with quarterly charity events and our annual holiday event. In the past we’ve worked on projects at veteran and children organizations, shopping for families in need and organizing Santa visits for children during the holidays. Some positions offer flex hours and a telecommute program, making work-life balance a high priority.
