Casey Fagan

As the Vice President of People and Culture, Casey Fagan is focused on connecting the work our team members do to the East West mission and values. Casey is responsible for our Human Resources function where she fosters a best-in-class employee experience and her influence can be felt in everything from communications and leadership development to performance management and acquisition integration.

Casey is a seasoned human resources executive with over fifteen years of experience including total rewards, talent development, recruitment, compliance, and engagement. Bringing a fresh perspective on human capital management, she has leveraged her expertise to develop HR teams, systems, and strategy from the ground up. Prior to joining the East West Family, she was Chief of Staff for a multi-unit manufacturing holding company and served in a variety of HR roles during her twelve-year tenure with Ferguson Enterprises.
