With years of success in offshore manufacturing, East West has developed a project flow that streamlines the process for all new clients while ensuring a rewarding experience. Guidelines include:

1. Consult with your company to assess readiness to go offshore
2. Determine if your product is a good fit of offshore manufacturing
3. Analysis of the total partnership between EW and your organization
4. Development of a sound quotation package (RFQ)
5. Creation of a comprehensive quote
6. Issuance of a P.O. for tooling/samples and a contingency P.O. for the estimated annual volumes from your organization to East West
7. Collaborative development of a Quality Procedure and Manufacturing Process between your organization and East West
8. Creation of tooling and samples
9. Approval of samples and release of production
10. Communication of production progress
11. Logistics Management and delivery of product to your door

Average Motor Project timing:

• Quote: 2-3 weeks
• Samples: 2-4 weeks
• Production upon sample approval: 4-6 weeks weeks
• Inspection and ocean transit: 5 weeks
• Shipments from US held inventory: 1 week
