Ren HezhongRen Hezhong is the founder of CBM, East West’s dedicated motor factory outside of Shanghai, China. He has over twenty years’ experience manufacturing fractional horsepower electric PSC motors. Ren is the Chief Engineer of CBM and oversees the technical development of each motor project. Prior to founding CBM, Ren ran the Research and Development department for large motor manufacturing company in China.
Ren is a college educated and trained motor design engineer. He has deep technical knowledge of building motors and understands their field application. He is responsible for production at the factory and manages all third-party agency compliance, such as UL, CSA, and CE. Ren’s extensive knowledge in third validation led his factory to become one of the first independent audit sites for UL in China – a very impressive accomplishment.
Ren loves to spend time outside of work with his wife and daughter. He loves to travel and has an affinity for high performance automobiles.
